We are a member of the Farm Helpers in New Zealand program. We welcome willing workers from all over the world to help us with the continuing replanting and maintenance of the 60-acre property.
The work includes working in the bush, planting, track maintenance, weed control, and general property maintenance. You will be working outside a lot of the time. We provide protective clothing and safety equipment if required. If it’s wet, we do things inside around the houses.
In exchange for a few hours (4 to 6 hours) help each day we provide you with accommodation & meals with the family and other adventures.

You live in the Seaforth Cottage and have your own beach and over 1 km of coastline and forest to explore.

Excellent facilities are nearby in Orewa (3kms), including good shops and services. There are lots of other things to do including Indoor Snow Skiing, Tiritiri Matangi Bird Sanctuary Island, surf & swimming beaches and lots more.
We like Farm Workers to stay with us for 7 to 14 days, we do not require good spoken English. There is an excellent public bus transport to the property from Auckland City, which runs every hour. See Auckland Transport web site for timetables & fares
