Rates and Registration

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include New Zealand GST tax.

Limited availability – Auckland Council have restricted availability of private accommodation in the Auckland region – we are now only able to offer 28 nights per year.

Minimum stay 2 nights at anytime.

Daily rate – $165/night for two (2) people.  Additional people $25/night – maximum of 8 people total.

Weekends: enjoy a full weekend away – arrive anytime after 4pm on the Friday and depart before 6pm on the Sunday evening.

Please arrive after 4pm on the first day, and depart before 12 noon on the last day. This gives us time to clean and make up the beds between guests.

  • Bike trails – Bike tails in “Front block”  20 Acres to explore.
  • Private Beach – Enjoy your own private beach & Bush walks.

Dogs are welcome but must stay outside (off the Veranda) at all times please. 

  • A small kennel is available.

Special Holiday Periods

Please note we charge for the “Day/Night” at long weekends – i.e if you arrive at 3pm on Saturday and leave at 9am on the Monday – this is  counted as “3 nights” for Public Holidays, Long weekends and during the School Holiday season. 

A better option is to arrive after 4pm on the Friday afternoon and stay until 6pm on the Monday afternoon – this is still only “3 nights”.

Booking Confirmation – Full Payment required in advance.

We will respond and confirm availability, provide directions and payment details.

Full payment of $330 for a weekend plus $25 per night for each additional person is required before we can finalise your booking.

 Please pay any additional charges before departure.

Please note – You are responsible for all cleaning of the cottage before your departure – Please clean and leave the cottage ready for the next Guests – Please strip beds used and leave bedding on Veranda – We will wash the bedding and remake the beds.

Cancellations – Deposit refunds

100% refund if cancellation is notified 31 days before booked dates.

50% refund if cancellation is notified 21 days before booked dates.

0% refund if cancellation is notified less than 21 days before booked dates.
