Rates & Guest Registration
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include New Zealand GST tax.
Minimum stay 2 nights at anytime.
Daily rate - $140/night for two (2) people - Additional people $20/night - maximum of 8 people total.
Weekends enjoy a full weekend away - Arrive anytime after 4pm on the Friday - depart before 6pm on the Sunday evening.
Weekly Rate of $950 for 7 nights for two (2) people - Additional people $20/night.
Please arrive after 4pm on the first day, and depart before 12pm on the last day, this gives us time to clean and make up beds, between guests.

Includes all bedding and basic food i.e. Tea / Coffee / Sugar etc.
Includes Full kitchen and Cooking facilities.
Dogs are welcome but must stay outside at all times.
Special Holiday Periods
Please note we charge for the "Day/Night" at long weekends. i.e Arrive 3pm on Saturday and leave 9am on the Monday this is "3 nights" for Public Holidays, Long weekends and during the School Holiday season.
Better option - arrive after 4pm on the Friday afternoon and stay untill 6pm on the Monday afternoon - this is still only "3 nights"

Cancellations - Deposit refunds
100% if cancellation notified 31 days before booked dates
50% if cancellation notified 21 days before booked dates
0% if cancellation notified less than 21 days before booked dates
